CSCS is a not-for-profit distribution organisation, which is registered as a company limited by guarantee and without shareholders.
CSCS members are represented by three employer organisations and two unions representing the breadth of the construction industry. CSCS is managed by CSCS Limited whose seven non-executive Directors are nominated from the following member organisations:

Chairman
CSCS’ independent chairman is Carolyn Uphill. The independent Chair provides leadership to the Board and is appointed by the Board members.
