I’ve presented a card but it won’t read

The card you are presenting may not be a valid CSCS SmartCard; try reading another card. If the problem persists, check that the CSCS go smart Software is running. If go smart is running, close it down and restart it. Go smart needs to be restarted if your computer has been into hibernation mode or your reader has been moved to a different USB port since you last launched the software.
