Improved service levels

Over the past 12 months the service levels provided by the CSCS Contact Centre have improved dramatically.  Calls are answered more quickly than ever before even though they are coming through in record numbers with, on average,  50,580 people ringing 0344 994 4777 every month.

More than 28,000 CSCS cards are dispatched on a monthly basis, of which around half are the result of people applying over the phone (which generally means their cards are sent out the next day) and a third are by employers applying for several cards using the employer application form.
