We are currently experiencing high call volumes

Due to the withdrawal of the Construction Related Occupation (CRO) card we are experiencing high-call volumes and this has increased our call waiting times.

We are working hard to ensure the service is returned to normal as soon as possible and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

In the meantime, to assist in reducing the  wait times, please be advised that our busiest times are between 12.00 – 14.00 and 16.00 – 18.00. Calling outside of these times will reduce your wait.

For those enquiring about replacing their CRO cards please visit www.cscs.uk.com/cro. This webpage will explain all you need to know about replacing your CRO card.

Alternatively, for anyone wanting to know what card they can apply for, please use the Card Finder tool on the CSCS website www.cscs.uk.com/cardfinder. Simply enter your occupation into Card Finder, follow the steps on the screen and Card Finder will tell you which card you can apply for.
