We are experiencing high call volumes

Our service provider CITB are experiencing high call volumes and this has increased the call waiting times at our contact centre.
We apologise for the increased length of time it has taken to answer your calls. We are working with CITB to introduce a number of new measures, including the hiring of additional staff, to ensure the service is returned to normal as soon as possible. We expect to see improvements to the service over the next few weeks.
In the meantime, to assist in reducing the wait times, please be advised that our busiest times are between 12.00 – 14.00 and 16.00 – 18.00. Calling outside of these times will reduce your wait.
If you have a question about CSCS, you may find it easier to use the new webchat service on the CSCS website.
Web Chat is a quick and easy way of talking to the CSCS team without the need to pick up the phone. Simply wait for the Web Chat box to appear on the CSCS website, submit your question and a member of the team will be soon be in touch.
