Keeping Your CSCS Account Safe: What’s Changing This Week

Your CSCS account security is important to us. To make sure your personal information stays protected, we’re introducing two small but important updates to CSCS Online and the My CSCS app this week.

These changes mainly affect customers who log into their account using SMS text messages on their mobile phones. Here’s what it may mean for you:

First-time Mobile Verification

If you’ve never verified your mobile number before, you’ll now need to:

• Log in using your email address first.
• Then, follow the prompt to verify your mobile number with a one-time code sent via SMS.

Mobile Numbers Not Used Recently

If you haven’t logged in with your mobile number for a longer extended period of time, you’ll be asked to:

• Log in via e-mail.
• Then re-verify your mobile number with a new SMS code.

These updates are quick to complete and help us to keep your account extra secure.
