Scheduled maintenance for the CSCS application system
Published: January 30, 2025
As a result of the upcoming changes to the Labourer and Trainee cards, CSCS is making updates to its application service over the coming days.
While we aim to keep disruption to a minimum, there are a few things industry should be aware of during the next week (31/01/25 – 07/02/25).
CSCS Online and my CSCS maintenance
The CSCS Online application service – CSCSOnline.uk.com – and the my CSCS app will be temporarily unavailable between Friday, 31st January at 9pm and Monday, 3rd February at 8am.
During this time, access to both the CSCS Online application service and the my CSCS app will be unavailable and we therefore recommend that applications are made prior to, or after, this period.
Renewals via the my CSCS app
From Monday, 3rd February, for a period of time, renewals for the Labourer and Trainee cards can not be made via the app. To renew a card, please log in to CSCS Online via CSCSOnline.uk.com/login.
We expect this to only last a few days and apologise for any inconvenience it may cause. Initial applications (not renewals) for these cards can still be made via the app as normal.
Updating the my CSCS app
As well as adding features such as the Labourer Card Declaration Form and the additional route to the Trainee card, we’ll be making a series of general improvements to the app over the coming weeks and months.
We recommend regularly updating the app to ensure you’re using the newest version and getting the latest features and services.
Further information
Both the official CSCS website – CSCS.uk.com – and the CSCS Smart Check platform are unaffected by the updates listed above and remain available as normal.
