CSCS’ independent chairman is Carolyn Uphill. Carolyn has 30 years’ experience running a Construction Equipment Manufacturing, Sales and Plant Hire Company. She has also chaired a leading Trade Association for the Private Rented Sector whose objectives are to improve standards and encourage training towards Accreditation as a badge of professionalism.
