Complaints procedure

The CSCS Complaints Procedure provides guidance to customers and staff on how CSCS receives and manages complaints.

To make a complaint, please complete the feedback form, selecting ‘complaint’, and follow the steps on screen.

Please ensure you:

  • Include the name of the person you have been dealing with
  • Include details of any steps you have already taken to resolve the complaint
  • Include details of conversations you may have had with us that may be relevant to your complaint
  • Upload copies of any documentation which supports your complaint.
