my CSCS is the official app of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme, available via Google Play or the App Store, allowing cardholders to manage their CSCS Online account and access their digital CSCS card.
A digital CSCS card is the same as a plastic card but stored on a smartphone and appears in the my CSCS app as soon as an application is approved, meaning it can be used straight away to access site even if the equivalent physical card is yet to arrive.
The digital card shows employers an individual’s photograph, qualifications, training, occupation and the card’s expiry date.
Digital CSCS cards can be verified using CSCS Smart Check using the card’s QR code or via manual entry.
