CSCS seeks to ensure that transgender cardholders are treated equally with any other cardholders.
You can change the gender identity listed on your CSCS card by calling the CSCS contact centre on 0344 994 4777.
You will need to provide a scanned copy of relevant documentation to show your new gender. This could be:
- A deed poll showing you have changed your name;
- A Statutory Declaration of Name and Gender Change; or
- Other documents showing that you are using a new identity including, but not limited to, passport or driving licence.
We appreciate that there may be some situations where further documents need to be obtained to verify identity, however there will be consistency in treatment and CSCS will only be requesting the documentation that is necessary to eliminate the possibility of fraud.
