  • What should I do if I lose my H,S&E testing ID?
  • You can still apply for a CSCS card even if you have lost your H,S&E testing ID. When you apply, CSCS Online will attempt to validate your H,S&E test using your personal information, including your name, date of birth, national insurance number and postcode. If this validation process fails, then the CSCS team will attempt to manually validate your test. This may delay your application.

You can also get your H,S&E testing ID by requesting a new copy of your pass certificate from CITB/Peason Vue by calling 0344 994 4488, or by logging into your Pearsons Account if you booked your test online.
