If you suspect a fraudulent card, ensure you check it using CSCS Smart Check – available via an API for site systems, a free mobile app and CSCSSmartCheck.co.uk.

You can then report a card directly to CSCS by following these steps:

1. Deny access to the site.
2. Retain the card and clarify with the cardholder when and how they obtained it.
3. Create photocopies or capture images of both sides of the card.
4. Record the cardholder’s name and address.
5. Report the suspected card to intel@cscs.co.uk or via post to: CSCS Limited, 26 Store Street, London, WC1E 7BT.

Suspected fraudulent cards can also be reported via the CSCS Smart Check app once a card has been scanned.

For the protection of whistleblowers and the integrity of investigations, it is recommended to send these reports via the email address noted above.
