One year of the CSCS Smart Check API

It’s been one year since the CSCS Smart Check API was made available to industry to build into existing site access systems. The API was developed by the CSCS Alliance and verifies all 2.2 million CSCS-logoed cards.

Some of construction’s largest contractors, including Mace, Morgan Sindall, Balfour Beatty and Kier, rely on the API to verify that individuals have the appropriate card, training and qualifications for the job they do on site.

CSCS Smart Check is the only platform to check all cards from across the CSCS Alliance and helps ensure that everyone has the right card for the job they do on site, as well as playing its part in tackling card fraud.
