Update your My CSCS app to continue uninterrupted access

To help keep My CSCS secure, reliable and up to date, we will soon require all users to be running the latest version of the app.

If your app is running a version earlier than iOS 4.8 or Android 6.4, you may need to manually update it through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to continue using My CSCS. The version you are using can be found at the bottom of the My CSCS menu section – available via the button in the top-left corner of the app’s homepage.

From Wednesday, 11th November 2027, users running older versions of the app may experience errors, be unable to access certain features, or be prevented from using the app until it has been updated.

Keeping your app up to date ensures you benefit from:

• Improved performance and reliability
• Enhanced security features
• Bug fixes and ongoing improvements
• Access to the latest My CSCS functionality

Updating only takes a few moments and will help ensure you’re able to apply and renew, while maintaining access to your digital CSCS card, additional qualifications and training records.
