My Skills is a one-stop-shop for all your construction training and qualification records, as part My CSCS – your Digital Skills Passport

While the My CSCS app is the quickest and easiest way to apply and access your digital CSCS card, My Skills is where you can upload any additional training or courses that sit outside of the card itself.

Using My Skills as part of the Digital Skills Passport, individuals can showcase their professional profile, manage credentials, and share an up-to-date CV-style skills summary by adding elements such as:

• Role-specific courses such as CITB’s Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)
• Continuous Professional Development certificates or career achievements
• Employer-led training or courses, such as Toolbox Talks or inductions
• Proof of Fire Safety or Asbestos Awareness Training
