Lost, stolen or damaged cards can be replaced via My CSCS or CSCS Online.

Individual cardholders should log in to My CSCS, click on the card they need to replace within the My Cards section and select ‘Replace Card’. Employers training providers and third parties should replace the cards of customers or employees via CSCS Online. 

Replacement cards are charged at £36 and will carry the expiry date printed on the original card.
